Women’s Track & Field Earns USTFCAA Team Academic Honor; Eight Named All-Academic

The Hudson Valley Community College women's track and field program has once again demonstrated its dedication to academic success, earning USTFCAA Women's Track & Field All-Academic Team honors for the Spring 2025 semester. The Vikings finished with an impressive 3.43 cumulative team GPA, surpassing the minimum 3.20 requirement to receive national recognition.
Led by Head Coach Jeoffrey York, the team met all USTFCAA academic criteria, which include full-time student status, a roster of at least ten eligible athletes, and GPA calculations based on a 4.0 scale. This honor highlights the program's commitment to academic excellence alongside athletic performance.
In addition to the team award, eight individual Vikings earned placement on the 2025 USTFCAA Women's Track & Field All-Academic Teams, which recognizes student-athletes who posted a GPA of 3.40 or higher during the spring term.
