Men's Cross Country Places 11th at NJCAA Division III National Championship
The Hudson Valley Community College men's cross country team wrapped up its 2025 season with an impressive 11th-place finish at the NJCAA Division III National Championship this past weekend. The Vikings recorded a total team time of 2:42:39 among their top five runners, averaging 32:31 per runner with a 9:30 spread, and a total of 4:04:07 across their top seven competitors.
Leading Hudson Valley was Alan Arnold, who capped a standout sophomore season with an eighth-place finish overall, crossing the line in 27:59.6. Arnold maintained a strong pace throughout the 8,000-meter course, posting consistent splits to secure his top-10 placement.
Michael Kleinman was the Vikings' next finisher in 30:55.0 (50th), followed by David Rambharose in 31:39.8 (61st). Yaseen Osmani (84th, 34:34.4) and Landon Horlacher (98th, 37:30.5) rounded out Hudson Valley's top five. Gavin Vautrin (102nd, 39:39.9) and Kaleb Pettit (106th, 41:48.2) completed the Vikings' lineup at Nationals.
