The Hudson Valley Community College women's basketball team defeated Schenectady County Community College, 64-33, on Sunday, Jan. 17.
The Lady Vikings came out firing and quickly built a double-digit lead and never looked back. Molly McGrouty (Watervliet, Watervliet) led the way with 15 points and four assists. Rita Holland (Shenendehowa, Clifton Park) had a double-double with 14 points and 13 rebounds
The Lady Vikings travel to play North Country Community College on Wednesday, Jan. 20.
