The Hudson Valley Community College women's volleyball team continued its perfect start to the season Tuesday evening, defeating Mohawk Valley Community College in straight sets (25-15, 25-13, 25-14) inside the McDonough Sports Complex. With the victory, the Vikings improve to 12-0 overall, remaining No. 1 in Region 3 and moving up to No. 9 in the NJCAA Division III national rankings.
The Vikings controlled the match from start to finish, relying on strong offensive production and consistent serving.

At the service line, Gabriella Kholstinin made a major impact, delivering a team-high seven aces to go with five digs. Angelina O'Leary also contributed four service aces, helping the Vikings maintain momentum throughout the sweep. Defensively, Emily Coffey and Caputo each recorded six digs, keeping Mohawk Valley's offense in check.
